Custom commissions can be either modifications to existing catalogue designs or “from-scratch” originals, based on your concept information.  We are confident that we can make an end product that fits just about any specific requirements. 

Examples of potential modifications to existing catalogue fixtures are scale and proportion changes, adaptions for sloped ceilings, extended drop lengths, custom finish choices and alternate glass options. 
For original custom work, you will work with a sales coordinator to refine concept information for submittal to our product developer.  At that point, additional information may be requested to ensure the accuracy of the quote.  Quotes will not be amended once they have been presented (despite any unforeseen difficulties that may arise), unless a change to the design itself is made.  Quotes will be made once we feel sufficient information has been obtained and will include cost of engineering, production as well as freight and handling charges.  
Standard lead time for custom work varies depending on scope of project.  Any time estimates given are not guaranteed.
Once you approve the quote, and payment is received, our designer will prepare shop drawings that will be submitted for your approval.  Any design or shop drawing fees will be added to your quote.  After you sign off on the drawings, production will begin.  Again, any time estimates made are merely estimates and are not guaranteed.

Upon completion, the custom fixture will be inspected, boxed (or crated) and shipped to your job site.  Customized installations and mounting hardware will be provided.
