The trade discount is not applicable when used with any other offer, or on sale or promotional items, nor can it be applied to surcharges, shipping, handling and processing fees, and taxes. The trade discount cannot be redeemed for cash. No minimum purchase is required. Changes to the list of items not eligible for trade discount can be made at our discretion. Members can cancel their membership at anytime by email (email@example.com) or by phone. Certain specialty items may not be applicable for discount (ie. works by featured artists). Light Bulbs are not discounted.
Membership is non-transferable and valid for three years. Membership number must be presented at time of purchase to receive trade discount. Designer must also present business credit card or check for payment. Third party credit cards are not accepted. Misuse of membership may result in termination. Misuse includes, but is not limited too, use of membership for personal purchases, resale of merchandise purchased with trade discount, reimbursement of trade discount upon merchandise return, allowing others to use membership (e.g., sharing membership number with client), and submitting false or misleading information (with or without knowledge) on application.
